Robert J. Manzo

Robert J.Manzo is the founder and managing partner of RJM I, LLC, a provider of consulting services to troubled companies, which he started in 2005. From 2000-2005, he was the senior managing director of FTI Consulting, Inc., a global business advisory firm. He has extensive experience advising distressed companies in the automotive and other industries, and has financial and accounting expertise. He is a graduate of Rider University and a certified public accountant. He has been a director of Visteon since June 14, 2012.
