Switchable Battery Junction Box

A key component of the Energy Management, Conversion and Connection (EMC2) system offering a scalable and reliable solution for battery bank switching. This packaging-efficient design can accommodate a diverse range of battery pack configurations, enabling seamless switching between 400V and 800V battery pack setups. This system has the flexibility to support pure 400V and 800V configurations as well.

Smart e-Connect

Our solid-state high-voltage disconnection system replaces traditional contactors and fuses with a vibration-resistant design that responds significantly faster than electro-mechanical solutions. With integrated voltage sensing, crash reaction, and ASIL D capable overcurrent protection, it delivers reliable performance while eliminating arcing wear and incorporating pre-charging capabilities.
