Integrated Power Electronics

A solution combining a bidirectional 22kW OBC with multi-V2X capabilities (V2G, V2H, and V2L) and a bidirectional HV/LV DC/DC converter with pre-charging functionality offers a scalable and flexible solution for next-generation vehicle architectures.

This integrated approach enables automated manufacturing for high-volume, high-quality production. The system supports both 3-phase and 1-phase charging, along with active EMI filtering to ensure compliance with stringent regulations. Its wide voltage range accommodates diverse vehicle architectures, while the integrated magnetic design and innovative cooling channel optimize performance and efficiency.

Grid-to-Cell

A highly integrated electrified vehicle power component module that consolidates the Battery Module Control, On-Board Charger, DC/DC converter, PDU, and Battery Junction Box into a single unit.

This integration offers several advantages, including minimized footprint through advanced features like active EMI filtering, planar transformers, Smart e-Connect, and shared control of OBC + DC/DC and PDU functions. Smart e-Connect replaces contactors, and a switchable flipper further trims weight. A shared cooling system further enhances efficiency. This approach leads to improved vehicle packaging and serviceability, as well as eliminating the risk of failures associated with HV interface connectors.
