Visteon receives aftermarket award in South America
Visteon's South American aftermarket group received recognition from ABRASA in the "Strategic Base Best Management" category for excellence in replacement parts. ABRASA is the Brazilian association for representative entities and electro-electronic authorized services. Visteon also received recognition from the association in the 2006 After Sales Executive category.

Visteon named Innovations 2007 Design and Engineering Award honoree for in-vehicle wireless charging
The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) named Visteon an International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) Innovations 2007 Design and Engineering Awards honoree for its in-vehicle wireless charging concept. The technology provides a convenient way to make sure batteries for mobile phones, MP3 players or PDAs are always charged and ready to go. Visteon will demonstrate the technology at CES, Jan. 8-11, 2007, in Las Vegas.

Visteon receives safety award in India
Both Visteon Powertrain Control Systems India Pvt Ltd. and Visteon Automotive Systems India Pvt Ltd. in Chennai, India, received safety awards from the Tamilnadu government. The award, granted by the Ministry of Labor, recognizes industrial employees and employers for outstanding performance in the area of best practices in safety.

Visteon receives Clean Industry Certificate
Mexico's federal attorney general of environmental
protection granted Visteon a Clean Industry Certificate.
This honor recognizes Visteon's commitment to maintaining
a plant's contribution to environmental preservation.
This is the fourth time Visteon has received this prestigious
recognition – demonstrating compliance with Mexican
requirements and regulations for
environmental issues.

2006 J.D. Power and Associates multimedia quality study
Visteon has set a benchmark for quality as it ranks
highest in the AM/FM/Single CD Player segment of the J.D.
Power and Associates 2006 Multimedia Quality and Satisfaction Study. The
study is based on responses from 63,607 owners of new
2006 model-year cars and light-duty trucks and measures
owner experiences with the quality, design satisfaction
and features of automotive multimedia systems in new vehicles.

Visteon rides proud on award-winning Dodge Magnum
The Dodge Magnum was awarded the Best Sound System
at the Ward's Auto Interiors Show in Detroit as part of
the show's annual Interior of the Year awards program.
The car boasts a Boston
Acoustics Sound System that was delivered by Visteon
and its partner for branded audio, Boston Acoustics. More
than 900 industry voters chose the Dodge Magnum for its
superior sound quality. To ensure this true, rich signature
sound, Visteon and Boston Acoustics audio engineers factored
in many variables from fabrics and seat placement to instrument
panel materials and occupant positions. The vehicle's
six-channel system is powered by a 276-Watt
DSP amplifier.

Visteon is recognized as Company Industry's Friend
Visteon was honored by the Center of Industries of São Paulo (CIESP) and named "The Company Industry's Friend." The event had the participation of the mayor of Guarulhos and entrepreneur of the Guarulhos' region. The award is granted annually to companies that provide exemplary social responsibility actions by assisting the local community. Visteon was one of 12 companies recognized in the Guarulhos region.

Visteon honored for excellence in workplace flexibility
Visteon received the 2006 Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility in the Detroit area. One of nine honorees, Visteon was recognized for its progressive work-life balance programs, which include: telecommuting, job sharing, reduced work schedules and compressed work weeks. Visteon ranked in the top 20 percent of employers nationally in terms of flexible work programs, policies and culture.
Responses from Visteon management and employees were measured
against national data from Families and Work Institute's
"National Study of Employers." The Alfred P.
Sloan Awards for the Business Excellence in Workplace
Flexibility are part of When Work Works, a national project
on workplace effectiveness and workplace flexibility from
Families and Work Institute in partnership with The Center
for Workforce Preparation, an affiliate of the U.S. Chamber
of Commerce and the Twiga Foundation.

Ford recognizes Visteon with two awards
Ford Motor Co. honored 60 of their suppliers with the 2005
Ford World Excellence Awards. Visteon received the Recognition
of Achievement award for efforts in audio by impacting customer
satisfaction through providing significant contributions in
Consumer-Driven Six-Sigma. Visteon also received The World
Excellence Special Recognition Award for efforts on an undisclosed project.

General Motors names Visteon 2005 Supplier of the Year
Visteon was named by General Motors a Supplier of the Year for its overall business performance in providing GM with
world-class climate parts and services. Visteon supplies GM
with multiple climate control products on the Saturn Vue,
Chevrolet Tahoe, GMC Yukon and Hummer H2. This is the second
consecutive year Visteon has received this prestigious recognition
from General Motors.

Best Quality award from Toyota
Visteon's India operations received the prestigious Best Quality
award from Toyota at the Toyota Kirloskar Motor's supplier
conference. The award acknowledged that Visteon met Toyota's
highest standards for standard processes, providing quality
products and services, and meeting delivery requirements.
Toyota grants this award annually to select suppliers that
have demonstrated excellent performance in quality, cost and
delivery.

Visteon honored by Mahindra and Mahindra
Visteon India received the "Supplier Performance Award
2005-2006" from the vehicle manufacturer Mahindra and
Mahindra for its quality performance in the plastics and rubber
commodity group. This automaker presents the award annually
to select suppliers who demonstrate excellence in the areas
of quality and delivery. Visteon has supplied Mahindra and
Mahindra components for the past four years.

PACE finalist for Mold Flow Control process
Visteon was honored as a finalist in the process-enabling
category at the 2006 Automotive News PACE
Awards held in Detroit. The joint submission from Visteon
and Automotive Components Holdings, LLC was for the Two-Color,
One-Shot – Mold Flow Control Process, used in the production
of instrument panels, saving an estimated 3.6 tons of paint
each year. PACE – Premier Automotive Suppliers' Contribution
to Excellence – is an annual award competition among
automotive suppliers that recognizes game-changing innovations
and revolutionary actions in the design and implementation
of solutions that improve operational performance and delivery.

Chrysler Group recognizes two Visteon facilities with Gold Awards
Two Visteon facilities earned the Chrysler Group Gold Award
for outstanding performance within a competitive group of
suppliers providing the same commodity. Altec in Chihuahua,
Mexico, supplies DVD screens for the Chrysler Pacifica, and
Visteon-Atlantic, in Benton Harbor, Mich., supplies interior
consoles to the current Chrysler minivan.

Four awards received from Maruti Suzuki
Maruti Suzuki recognized Visteon with four awards at their
vendor conference in Jaipur, India. The awards cover the categories
of: quality, design and development, overall excellence and
cost-down. One of the significant achievements is the 'Design
and Development Award,' which recognized Visteon's efforts
on one of Maruti Suzuki's petrol and diesel programs. This
is the second consecutive year Visteon received the award
for quality and overall excellence from the customer.

Visteon receives second Corporate One Award
For the second consecutive year, Visteon is the proud recipient of the "Corporate One Award" from the
Michigan Minority Business Development Council (MMBDC). The award recognizes companies that have exceeded
expectations in establishing a proactive minority supplier development program, have actively supported MMBDC
events through corporate sponsorships and staffing and has active participation and membership in the Project
One Module – an MMBDC development initiative to help grow and mentor Minority Business Enterprises.
