Visteon offers several programs available to full-time, U.S.-salaried employees designed to help meet their personal and professional goals:

Flexible Work Schedule
Varied start and ending times designed to foster a healthy balance of work and home life.

Telecommuting
Employees may work from home or a satellite location one to five days a week – dependent on approval from management.

Flexible Work Arrangement
Reduced work schedule – from full-time to part-time – for a specified period. Some part-time employees are paired to share jobs that require full-time coverage (see Job Sharing).

Job Sharing
Program that allows two employees on the Flexible Work Arrangement program to work reduced schedules and share the duties of one position.

Compressed Work Week
An expansion of the Flexible Work Schedule program offering employees three additional work schedules (Monday to Friday only):

  • Four Days Per Week – Four days, 10 hours per day, with one regularly scheduled day off, during a one-week period.
  • Four and One Half Days Per Week – Four 9-hour days and a one
    4-hour day, with 4-hours off during a one-week period.
  • Nine Days in Two Weeks Work Schedule – Eight 9-hour workdays, one 8-hour workday, and one regular day off within a consecutive two-week period.
