Integrated Condenser Solutions

Visteon's system expertise in powertrain cooling enables the development of integrated condenser solutions designed to deliver package efficiencies and greater value. Developed from proprietary, all-aluminum, single-plane heat exchangers, Visteon integrates additional functionality–transmission oil cooling, power steering cooling and receiver driers–delivering equivalent performance to stand-alone components in a compact, scalable package.

Benefits

• Improves condenser performance by 15 percent and transmission oil cooling by more than 20 percent with Visteon's proprietary tube geometries, when compared to competitive combo cooler offerings.
• Provides the integration of a serviceable receiver dryer, improving overall system reliability by reducing the number of connections, hardware and associated plumbing within the refrigerant loop.
