Kenneth B. Woodrow

Kenneth B. Woodrow has been a director of the company since October 2004. He is the former vice chairman of Target Corporation, a retail sales company, a position he held from 1999 until his retirement in December 2000. Prior to that, he was the president of Target Stores. He is also a director of Delta Air Lines Inc. and E-Z Gard Industries.
