Karl J. Krapek

Karl J. Krapek has been a director of the company since February 2003. He is the former president and chief operating officer of United Technologies Corporation, a global supplier of aerospace and building systems products, a position he held from April 1999 to January 2002. Prior to that, he served as president of United Technologies' Pratt and Whitney division. He also serves as a director of Alcatel-Lucent, Prudential Financial Inc., The Connecticut Bank and Trust Company, and Northrop Grumman Corporation.
