Patricia L. Higgins

Patricia L. Higgins has been a director of the company since September 2004. She is the former president and chief executive officer of Switch and Data, a leading neutral interconnection and collocation provider, a position she held from September 2000 to February 2004. Prior to that, she was chairman and chief executive officer of The Research Board, a business unit of the Gartner Group, for which she also served as executive vice president. She also serves on the board of directors of Barnes & Noble, Inc., Internap Network Services Corporation, The Travelers Companies, Inc. and Dycom Industries, Inc.
