Steven K. Hamp

Steven K. Hamp was elected to rejoin Visteon's board of directors in February 2008. He previously served as a director of the company from January 2001 to November 2005. He has been the principal of Hamp Advisors LLC, a strategy consulting firm, since March 2007. Before that, he was vice president and chief of staff at Ford Motor Co., a position he held from November 2005 to October 2006. Prior to joining Ford, Hamp served as president of The Henry Ford, a non-profit organization sponsoring historic exhibits. He is also a director of McKinley Corp., a private real estate investment company in Ann Arbor, Mich.
